To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for all our guests, please read and follow the terms below:
Booking & Check-In
- As per Government of India security regulations, all guests (including children) must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Passport is mandatory for foreign nationals.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Room occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child below 5 years.
- For children above 5 years, an additional charge of ₹1,680 per night applies (includes breakfast).
- Extra bed (optional): ₹1,680 per night
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Late check-out will be charged at ₹1,000 per hour (subject to availability)
Arrival & Transfers
- Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point before 4:00 PM.
- No night transfers via speed boat or houseboat are permitted after 6:30 PM.
- Requests for houseboat tours or non-standard drop-offs will incur extra charges.
Food & Dining Policies
- Meal orders must be placed at least 3 hours in advance
- Breakfast – order by previous night
- Lunch – before 1:00 PM
- Snacks – before 4:00 PM
- Dinner – before 5:00–6:00 PM
- Kitchen closes at 10:00 PM. No orders are accepted beyond that.
- Meals are served in the dining area during stated hours only.
- Outside food, catering, and liquor are not allowed on the island.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen and are not permitted to cook on the property.
- Pushringdi follows a standardised menu, with curated meals for groups available on advance notice.
- Please inform us in advance about any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
- Mini-fridge items are chargeable.
- No cancellations of food or drink orders will be accepted once served unless the resort is at fault.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed only with a valid health certificate issued by a recognised veterinarian.
Housekeeping & Amenities
- Guest toiletries are refreshed once daily as needed.
- Please hang towels if you wish to reuse them; towels placed on the floor will be replaced.
- All rooms include geyser, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, electric kettle, study table, toiletries, and smart TV.
- Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Tata Sky signals are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather or technical issues.
Island Conduct & Noise Policy
- Smoking and hookah are strictly prohibited inside rooms.
- Guests are not allowed near or inside the kitchen area.
- Damaging, breaking, or stealing property will result in penalty charges.
- Please respect quiet hours beginning at 9:30 PM.
- Loud music, heavy drinking, and unruly behavior are not permitted.
- The property manager reserves the right to assess noise levels and instruct guests to reduce them.
- Swimming in the lake is allowed only with prior permission from resort management.
Network & Connectivity
- Due to the island’s remote location, Wi-Fi, mobile, and Tata Sky connectivity may be weak or inconsistent. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancelled 20+ days before check-in: 100% refund
- Cancelled between 20–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancelled within 14 days before check-in: No refund
- No-show: No refund
- In case of government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns, your advance will be adjusted against future dates.
- Any rules and guidelines laid down by the Government must be followed and will not be considered valid grounds for last-minute cancellations.
